Through a blend of Yin yoga’s long-held shapes, Restorative postures fully supported by props, and guided meditation or breath work, this class invites you to unwind the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the nervous system.

This is a space to release tension, let go of what you’ve been carrying, and create room for ease and spaciousness — both within and beyond the mat.

Hatha ~ Yin ~ Restorative

Align & Expand is a thoughtfully crafted class that blends mindful movement with deep, nourishing stillness. Through the steady foundations of Hatha yoga, you’ll cultivate alignment, gentle strength, and inner awareness.

From there, we soften into the long-held shapes of Yin yoga, inviting deeper flexibility and energetic opening.

The practice closes with the quiet surrender of Restorative yoga, allowing the nervous system to settle and integration to unfold.

This class is ideal for those seeking a balance of structure and softness, activation and release, and a space to reconnect with both body and breath.

Align & Deepen is journey into stillness and depth. This class combines gentle, long-held Yin postures with guided breath work to release tension and regulate the nervous system. We close with meditation, allowing your body and mind to fully settle, restore, and reconnect with your inner calm.

Together, we’ll explore **Asteya—the yogic principle of “non-stealing” or cultivating abundance—**through mindful practices designed to replenish your body, mind, and spirit.

Asteya encourages us to honor our energy, time, and resources rather than take or give away more than we need. This principle supports a sense of balance, gratitude, and replenishment, helping us feel grounded in body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll also create your own seasonal aromatherapy rollerball to take home, a personalized ritual to carry the essence of autumn and mindfulness into your everyday life.

This workshop is perfect for anyone ready to slow down, honor what they have, and embrace a deeper sense of self-care and sustainability as the year winds toward winter.

This special workshop is offered in collaboration with Journey Within Wellness and Embody Her Massage, combining mindful movement and holistic care to leave you feeling centered and nurtured.

Deeper Support Journey 1:1 Private Session

This is an invitation for you to go deeper into yoga and meditation, and work one-on-one in a private setting!  This 60 minute session is to offer space for you to explore and go deeper into areas of your mind & body that you feel need specific attention and extra support. 

You can choose yoga or meditation as the tool to guide you through an experience of being in your body, using the breath to support the physical and emotional connection you are seeking. This session is personalized and unique to you and your journey. Once you book this session you will be contacted to set the intention and create the focus.

It is time a space just for you to reconnect with your heart~center!

To ensure time for thoughtful preparation and to secure the space, sessions must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.
